What a disappointing game.
It probably wasn’t the most experienced French rugby team who played last Saturday in Sydney. It definitely wasn’t the most exciting rugby game for us, spectators.
The much talked about Sebastien Chabal and his Paleolithic mane of hair was of course playing that night! But it was new player Alexis Palisson who saved the day by scoring the only French trial just minutes before the end.

le XV de France le plus expérimenté qui jouait samedi dernier à Sydney. Pour les spectateurs dans les gradins, ce n’était sûrement le match de rugby le plus excitant.
Il y avait bien sur le médiatique et chevelu Sébastien Chabal qui jouait ce soir là! Enfin heureusement il y eut Alexis Palisson, qui sauva l’honneur en marquant l’unique essai français pour sa première cape juste 12 minutes avant la fin.
